Step-by-Step Guide to Your Pyrolysis Reactor Purchase
Understanding Our Sales Process
At United Earth Energy, our goal is to ensure that you receive the best pyrolysis reactor solutions tailored to your specific project needs. Our sales process is designed to be straightforward and transparent, guiding you from initial contact to a fully operational system. Here are the steps we follow:
- Initial Contact
- During our first meeting, we aim to gain a high-level understanding of your project. This includes the type of waste you are processing, where and when you are processing it, and your current waste management practices. This allows us to tailor our approach to your unique situation.
- Project Assessment
- After our initial meeting, we may ask you to gather some detailed information about your waste processing needs. This “homework” involves providing us with hard numbers on the amount of waste you currently need to process. This data is essential for us to develop an accurate and effective solution for your project.
- Engineering Site Survey
- Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will conduct an engineering site survey to assess your facilities and help design a staging area. This survey allows us to evaluate the feasibility of implementing our pyrolysis technology at your site.
- Engineering Plans and Bid Proposal
- Following the site survey, we will create detailed engineering plans and provide you with a formal bid. This proposal will include opportunity cost and revenue projections, giving you a clear understanding of the potential benefits and financial implications of the project. Please note that there is a charge for the site survey and engineering design, which varies based on your location.
- Operational Scenarios
- We offer two operational scenarios to suit your preferences and business model:
- Outright Purchase: You purchase the reactor outright. We provide training and offer a service contract to maintain the reactor. You retain 100% of the energy and carbon by-products created.
- Joint Venture: You purchase the reactor, and we offer managed services to run and maintain it. In this scenario, we split the revenues generated from the energy and carbon by-products.
- We offer two operational scenarios to suit your preferences and business model:
- Payment & Delivery
- Once contracts are signed, 75% of the cost will be due to start the construction of the pyrolysis reactor. Upon completion, the reactor will be tested at our facilities. After passing quality control, shipping logistics will be arranged, at which point an additional 15% will be due. The remaining 10% will be due upon installation at your facility.
- Depending on the selection of the service contract you choose or the joint venture agreement, additional fees may be introduced for consumables and maintenance requirements.

We are committed to working closely with you at every step of the process to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. Contact us today to get started on your journey toward sustainable waste management with United Earth Energy.
